PACKING PROCESS
ALL THE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED WITH TEST REPORT AND PACKING LIST
After inspection and selected as per acceptance criteria the reels are vacuumed packed and sealed immediately after production.
PACKING PROCESS FOR METALIZED FILM
All elements in a stack shall have:-
Same base film thickness
Same slit width
Same reel outer diameter
Reels are always packed in standard packing (300mm and 400mm) and in natural pair, that is Left and Right side of non-metallized band after slitting.
The left side reels and right side reels are identified by colored tape (Red tape for Right and Green tape for left side).
Vacuum packed in good quality of Aluminum pet foil and contain foam sheets at the base and between pair of reel to avoid damage of material. In addition, silica gel to control the humidity.
Details are mentioned on the inner two corrugated box and outer packing box.
Packing list and certificate provided with details.
PACKING PROCESS FOR CAPACITORS ELEMENTS
All elements in a stack shall have:-
Same MFD capacitor elements in one box
Capacitors elements packed in plastic tubing bags of good quality.
Vacuum packed in good quality of Aluminum pet foil, contain foam sheets at the base and top to avoid damage of material. In addition, silica gel to control the humidity.
Corrugated box as outer packing with details written on the box.
Packing list and certificate provided with details.
PACKING PROCESS FOR CAPACITORS
All capacitors found in a box shall have:-
Same MFD capacitors.
Corrugated box as outer packing details written on the box.
