At Standard Capacitors Pvt. Ltd., we have made metalizing film and capacitors the main focus. The company has imported the CAP-M650 and CAP-M900–high flexible systems from Germany, manufactured by the world famous German Company “LEYBOLD OPTICS GmbH” for the production of metalized films for the capacitors. The metalized films’ slitting is done on world-famous precision “KAMPH / VACOTEC” micro slitting machines in clean and hygienic room conditions. Testing of metalized films is done on the machine from “NAGY” Germany. Metalized films are wound into capacitor windings on the world’s best winding machines “MONTENA” (Metar) from Switzerland. Input material for the production of the metalized films is sourced from best companies like TORAY Japan and TREOFAN Germany.

Standard Capacitors Pvt. Ltd. has many firsts to its credit:-
First in India and third in the world, to make our own vacuum roll metallizing machine to metalize paper on both sides in 1980.
First to manufacture both side metallized paper Capacitors in 1982.
Ag/Zn vacuum roll metallizing plant for BOPP with heavy edge, in 1987 was entirely developed in-house.
First Al/Zn vacuum roll metallizing plant in India also developed in-house in 1989.
First to introduce T.C.W (Triple concentric winding) to wind 3 phase Capacitors in open delta connection in 1999.
First to introduce wave slitting of metallized films up to 1mm amplitude in 2006.
